A new little plate is joining the cast of characters in my still life paintings.
This weekend is City Wide Open Studios at Erector Square, 315 Peck St., New Haven. Come visit and say hello. I will be in Building 5 on the second floor, October 24 and 25, noon to 6. I really love this, Susan; I have such high regard for John Singer Sargent that I don't often compare anyone to him but the delicate gold highlights from the lemon on the rims of the eggcup and beaker are straight out of his book. Beautiful artwork!
